Specialist Account Manager (Financial Services)

Start: ASAP
Location: Kettering, Northants
Hours: 9-5pm Monday – Friday
Salary: £24,000 + Commission + bonus

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide collection support and monitoring to the Assistant General Manager for the Revolving Account, Lease, and Franchise Finance portfolios. The main duties will be manage the receivable/control losses Planning and analysis of business portfolios under your area as well as develop presentations for monthly meetings. Market analysis to target deficiencies and to provide weekly, monthly and quarterly loss projections within your specific portfolios

Skills & Experience

• Has a degree level education (finance related is preferable) or 2-4 years of directly related ‘collections’ experience in a Financial Services environment.
• Has a professional telephone manner
• Has excellent computer skills and knowledge including Microsoft Office
• Is a strong written and verbal communication skills
• Is outgoing, positive attitudes and strong interpersonal skills
• Is able to demonstrate strong ability to work independently
• Has excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
