Job Description

aspire cambridge are recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our technology client based in Impington, Cambridge.

The successful Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team to help achieve sales targets.

Key Tasks:

  • Taking customer queries – accurate recording of nature of enquiry and all details required to progress.
  • Liaison with other departments to progress enquiries.
  • Support to sales and marketing campaigns – to assist in market research, design and execution of activities, including production of sales literature.
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Booking conferences / events
  • Updating customer database
  • Diary management
  • Reception cover when required – Answering phones, post distribution, organising meetings including refreshments
  • Ad-hoc tasks for other departments when required

To succeed as the Sales Administrator you will be;

  • Motivated, reliable, capable and willing to learn
  • Personable with excellent communication skills
  • Have a willingness to take on new challenges and pitch in as part of a small team
  • The ability to prioritise

Start: ASAP
Location: Impington, Cambridge
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 per week
Salary: £22,000 to £24,000
