Aspire Cambridge are recruiting a Retail Partnerships Manager on behalf of our client in London.

Start: Immediate
Location: London, E1
Hours: Mon to Fri, Full Time
Salary: £Competitive

The Role of The Retail Partnerships Manager:

  • Establish the sales strategy and identify the right agency partners to take our client’s scale to the next level
  • Represent our client’s products and services within agency partners, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects to achieve revenue targets
  • Honest and delivers a skilled sales pitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, to secure their engagement
  • Detail pricing and negotiate costs when necessary
  • Facilitate successful sales by supporting the agency re-selling process
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s agency sales process
  • Works to maximise sales and meet targets in the short and long term

Responsibilities of the Retail Partnerships Manager:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Experience of the Retail Partnerships Manager:

  • 4+ years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding targets
  • A proven track record in developing agency relationships
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation
  • Proficiency with CRM software
