Aspire Recruitment are recruiting a Resettlement Coordinator on behalf of our client in Luton, Bedfordshire.

Hours: Mon – Friday, Fulltime
Salary: £21,500 – £23,500 Per Year

Our client are committed to supporting people to recover from trauma and the devastating impact of homelessness and / or domestic abuse, in a safe and aspirational environment. We are supporting them in recruiting for a Resettlement Coordinator

Responsibilities of The Resettlement Coordinator:

• To be a part of a small, proactive resettlement team, providing intensive floating support to tenants aged 18-65
• Working with tenants who frequently have a history of entrenched rough sleeping, offending, substance misuse and poor mental health, you will work in a trauma informed way to build effective relationships
• Tailoring support to the individual and focusing on goals and aspirations rather than needs and issues, to enable residents to progress to sustainable independence.

Skills and Experience Required of The Resettlement Coordinator:

• Experience working within homelessness & if applicable, any experience working with rough sleepers – desirable not essential
