Aspire Recruitment are recruiting a Part Time Maternity Contract Audit Administrator on behalf of our client in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

Start: Immediate
Location: Kettering, NN14
Duration: Until August 2022, Maternity cover
Hours: Mon to Fri, Part Time
Hourly Rate: £10/hour

Job Function of the Part Time Maternity Contract Audit Administrator:

Primary responsibility of this position is to audit a variety of areas of the business to ensure Franchisee compliance with our policies and procedures. The purpose of this function is to ensure the fair treatment of customers and compliance with Financial Conduct Authority matters and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities of the Part Time Maternity Contract Audit Administrator:

  • Conduct telephone audits on applications and contracts completed by our Franchisees to assess compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while conducting phone audits to obtain and confirm customer information.
  • Monitor for compliance as it relates to the Operations Manual and Financial Services Agreement.
  • Monitor for compliance as it relates to regulated Agreements, Modifying Agreements, or Hire Agreements.
  • Report comprehensive Audit results in a timely and accurate manner per policy and guidelines.
  • Manage the random mailer audit process.
  • Conduct random phone audits based on Health Risk Report metrics for active Franchisees under the direction of the Portfolio and Compliance Managers
  • The Part Time Maternity Contract Audit Administrator will conduct phone audits based on discovery of EC/Lease/Subscription compliance issues

The Part Time Maternity Contract Audit Administrator:

  • GCSE level education.
  • Has a professional telephone manner
  • Has excellent computer skills and knowledge including Microsoft Office
  • The Part Time Maternity Contract Audit Administrator should be able to demonstrate strong ability to work independently
  • Has excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
