aspire cambridge are recruiting for a well established business in Peterborough with the recruitment of a residential conveyancer. This is a full time permanent role working with a reputable firm in Peterborough city centre and our client is looking for someone to start ASAP.

Skills and Experience:

  •  all round knowledge of conveyancing
  •  competent with freehold and leasehold titles
  •  potential exposure and knowledge of new builds
  •  knowledge of the help to buy schemes

The successful candidate will be client focused and have good communication, organisational and IT skills. You will have an eye for detail, produce fast, accurate work and have recent conveyancing experience.
