Contracts Administrator

Start: ASAP
Location: Waterbeach, CB25 
Hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm (Remote Available)
Salary: £24,000 to £26,000

Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator looking for a new challenge?

Do you have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with an attention to detail

Are you computer literate with the ability to use standard MS Office packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook?

The role of the Contract Administrator is to provide contract administration support to the operational team, to meet contract, business objectives and targets. The successful Contract Administrator will maintain high standards of contract administration support in accordance company procedures. They will fully utilise both site based and company management information systems.

Main Tasks:
  • Purchase Orders
  • Finance Assistance
  • Minute Taking & Monthly Reports
  • Sub Contractor Management
  • Preparation and Submission of Quotations
  • Maintain Planner and Compliance Database
