aspire cambridge are recruiting for an Aftersales Executive to join our client based in Waterbeach.

Main responsibilities

managing the flow of information between the Workshop Team, your colleagues within the wider Aftersales Team and the customer; accurately qualifying and documenting the customer’s needs and requirements; confirming information such as the customer’s contact details and payment method; calculating workshop capacity using a bespoke system; managing the allocation and administration of courtesy service vehicles; ensuring that customers fully understand the work that has been carried out; and proactively addressing any issues.

Education and experience:

  • Previous sales admin experience is a must
  • Experience of working in a busy and thriving company is a must
  • GCSE English Grade C or above or equivalent
  • Experience of working as part of a team and independently

  • Good diary management skills
  • Be highly self motivated

Qualifications:

  • GCSE – English Language, Mathematics or equivalent
  • A-level standard qualification (desirable) or equivalent

Start: ASAP
Location: Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am to 2pm
Salary: £21,000-£23,000 + bonus
