As lockdown eases and restrictions are lifted, it is time for businesses to carefully consider the management of the return to the office to ensure that the transition occurs as safely and smoothly as possible.

Given the wide array of legal issues that can arise for employers and the rapidly evolving landscape, it is important to seek advice to ensure compliance with any legislation in place.

All employers should consider the health, safety and well being of their workforce .
