We know that getting a work/life balance can be difficult, and in some cases can be detrimental to an individual’s mental health, however we’re promoting a “desk free” future with an AI intelligent automated ATS system that is both text and voice instructed through the use of Google Home devices (supplied by us!). Staff will also receive unlimited access to the Mindfulness app, to help relax and unwind at the end of the workday.
For the last few months we have been issuing the most up-to-date technology, with each staff member receiving a new MacBook/iMac and a brand new iPhone 11. It is not just the hardware we have been working hard to upgrade, we have recently implemented a brand new ATS system (mentioned above), to make sure that our staff can not only schedule an interview or submit a CV at the touch of a button, but can source candidates down to the most rare or specific skill required. We can browse new applications from our mobiles, swiping left and swiping right – no this is not a dating site! This, in turn, allows our clients to have the peace of mind that we are presenting them with the best of the best when it comes to filling roles – it’s a win-win for everyone!
