Meanwhile 35% said they would be less like to buy from the company in the future an 38% said they would share their negative experience with friends and family.

75% of candidates expect to receive confirmation that their application has been received. 39% of candidates expect this confirmation within 24 hours and 68% within 3 days. You need to make sure that you have a way of responding to those that send CVs to apply for your roles, while this may seem time consuming, it can really help in protecting your reputation.
73% of applicants expect an interview within 2 weeks of sending their application where as 9 in 10 job seekers expect to have a job offer within 3 weeks of sending the initial application form. Two thirds of job seekers would like to receive feedback if they were unsuccessful at interview stage. Yet the research shows that only 8% of job seekers receive this feedback at this stage.
