Lisa Logan – Senior Recruitment Consultant
Lisa joined the team in September 2018 with the objective to manage and develop our existing and lapsed client base. Lisa offers a wealth of experience and sought after knowledge of the recruitment industry and is well versed when managing staff, branches and team objectives.
Past experience includes but is not limited to; managing the 360 recruitment process for temporary staffing solutions, permanent recruitment, administration, resourcing for varied roles, sales calls for new business, client care, building successful client and candidate relationships, placing candidates in both short and long term placements and being on call for her clients and candidates outside of the traditional office hours.
Lisa is an energetic, ambitious and enthusiastic professional. She possesses commercial awareness, and excellent presentation, verbal communication and organisational skills. Lisa has a proven ability to meet and exceed the typical industry demands associated with recruitment as well as the relevant legislation and administrative tasks associated with the management of a busy temporaries division.
Czarek Bogucki – HR Consultant
Czarek is a highly motivated HR Consultant and Business Partner with a breadth of HR experience in People Planning, Organisational Effectiveness & Change, Performance and Reward, Talent and Resourcing, Management Development, Communication’s & Engagement, Relationship Management & Partnering.
Czarek challenge’s and drive’s performance across business functions through exemplary people and organisational practices, providing HR Business Partnering to Leadership level. He drive’s and facilitate’s delivery of the UK and business area people plans servicing of up to 80 sites and 600 employees in support of strategic objectives focussing on organisational effectiveness, talent management and building capabilities.
Czarek is able to accomplish complex tasks by working enthusiastically with people. Even when faced with very complex requirements, he has the ability to both harness the emotional capacity of a team, as well as deal with the details and minutiae of the project. His positive spirit has the potential to be a catalyst for positive changes that we’re embracing here at Aspire Cambridge.
Matthew Childs – Recruitment Consultant
Matthew is a graduate consultant, having gained his BA Hons in Sport and Physical Education. Matthew is a proactive and reliable individual wishing to dedicate his career and development to the recruitment industry. His character and attitude mirrored the ethos and environment that we offer here at Aspire Cambridge therefore, it was a sure fit on interview and we were delighted that Matthew chose us to support his career aspirations. Joining us in October 2018 Matthew wished to secure a role that could incorporate his communication skills as this is one of his largest attributes.
Caitlin Stock – Branch Administrator
Caitlin is a Sociology graduate well adept working in a practical and fast paced environment. She has an analytical and conceptual thinking style with a conscientious approach to managing work loads. Caitlin demonstrates advanced problem solving skills and excellent communication skills both verbal and written. She is tenacious, possesses good negotiation and influencing skills and is able to analyse and interpret complex data. Caitlin joined us in September 2018 and already works extremely well as part of our team and holds impeccable time management and organisational skills.
