On 12th October 2017 Cambridge based Recruitment and HR Consultancy aspire cambridge, announced that they’ve secured an exclusive contract to supply 100 Support Workers across our region.

Working in close partnership with the UK wide organisation this care provider offers over 20 years experience of providing respect and assistance to vulnerable adults and elderly clients and in their own homes. The firms services range from live-in homecare support, assisted living through homecare visits, from 24 hour care to simple help at home with housework, chores or just simply, providing conversation.

The Role:

The role of Support Worker plays an important function to the hiring organisation as you will be there to make a difference to people’s lives.

The duties performed vary from day to day but can include;

  • Assisting with washing and personal hygiene
  • Assisting with dressing and grooming
  • Administering medication
  • Providing companionship
  • Accompanying clients on holiday

No two days will ever be the same!

To become a successful Support Worker experience is not required as full training will be provided to include a 12 week training programme which will include a certificate at the end of the training period.
