Halloween 2004
Over £1000 raised in aid of the Oncology Ward at Addenbrookes Hospital.

The charity event on Saturday night held at the Soham Town Football Club was a huge success, with the total amount raised reaching £1075.50 on the night. All of the proceeds will be donated to the Oncology Ward at Addenbrookes Hospital, in memory of Joanne Porter.

The Halloween themed charity event included a curiosity table, many spooky decorations, prize for best dressed, a raffle and an auction. The raffle provided over 30 high end prizes including hampers and vouchers for local businesses.

The main prize of the auction, as mentioned here, was to win Kayleigh for the day. There were several bidders, with the winning bid coming in at £200! Our second donated prize for the plane ride for 3 people was also extremely popular, with the winning bid coming in at £80!

Overall the event was a huge success, and has become a tradition that Soham will continue for years to come in memory of Joanne Porter and her fight against cancer.
