Our founder developed a recruitment package with all the enhancements geo wanted to make – we developed a new and tailored process that addressed the problems they faced in sourcing high calibre candidates in a competitive market and put together in processes to help them find top talent.
From there, we implemented a number of tactics that could be applied within a timeline they provided. We set up and implemented the careers page, branded job descriptions, contracts and offers of employment, implemented a tier structured PSL, applicant management / tracking software, established their original social media networks, company profile pages and material for recruitment campaigns.
