A large, national insurance firm is opening a new call centre in Newmarket creating 100 jobs in the local area. Aspire Cambridge has been selected as the recruitment provider to pre-screen, assess and select candidates for these opportunities.
Our client is due to take access of the new call centre at the end of July, paving the way for the centre to be operational by the beginning of August 2014. They are looking to introduce an energetic team of 100 Customer Representatives to serve as front line call centre operatives. Their primary opening will be for Customer Representatives. The main responsibility for this role will be to provide general insurance quotations, customer service and administration.
